We are publishing this public disclaimer in order to clarify the important details of the client service relationship between 360 Business Photographer and the businesses who hire us. This disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every client who accepts a quotation for our services.
We provide specialised photography services and consultancy to our clients on Google products and the Google My Business (GMB) Dashboard. We cannot control the search engines’ decisions regarding placement and changes to algorithms that dictate and influence the ranking and positions of business listings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a particular position for any keyword or phrase.
Simply put, we cannot guarantee a particular placement on the search engine rankings. However, we will work with every client to set realistic search engine ranking expectations and ensure that your Google listing is claimed, verified and optimised to its full potential to positively impact your listings ranking and visibility.
Our Position Is One of Integrity
360 Business Photographer is not affiliated with any particular search engine. We are not employed by or paid by search engine companies and we operate completely as an independent third party to the search engines. To this end:
- 360 Business Photographer does not control or manipulate demand for any product or service.
- 360 Business Photographer does not control click-through rate to a website as a result of search engine position.
- 360 Business Photographer does not manipulate the search engine results.
Understanding SERPS (Search Engine Results Pages)
Organic search results are controlled by the algorithms used by a particular search engine, not by 360 Business Photographer. Because search engines use highly complicated algorithmic formulas to crawl, index, score and compare web pages, and because the search engines change these formulas frequently, it is impossible for 360 Business Photographer or any other company to guarantee a particular position for a particular keyword.
Because we at 360 Business Photographer know this, we make no representation or guarantee that a business will rank in a particular position for a particular keyword. However, we do use a proven and well-researched series of steps to polish and perfect websites for maximum potential relevancy and position in the SERPs. These steps are taken without any communication with representatives from the search engine company.
Since search engines carefully guard the secret of exactly how they rank websites, a customer might wonder exactly how 360 Business Photographer goes about determining the best way to rank companies with search engines. The answer lies in the sources of knowledge that are available to SEO companies.
Search engines do make certain information available to the public as to how they rank web pages. While they do not publish clear-cut or precise instructions on how to achieve results, they do regularly release general guidelines for crafting high-ranking website pages and fully optimised Google business listings.
360 Business Photographer holds Google Local Guides highest Level 10 ranking, currently sitting in the top 300 globally that hold such a privileged rank across the Google Maps community of over 1 million members. We are also part of an elite group known as a Trusted Verifier, within the Google community to assist directly in Instantly Verifying Google listings (which assists those clients that aren’t able to receive the PIN postcard and speeding the process dramatically to become verified), as well as GMB Rising Stars Expert on the GMB dashboard.
